During 14 days period after receiving the product you can return it or exchange it for another item
For the further arrangement of item exchange or return, you will need to call our manager at the number: +380 93 402 96 50 and they will be able to help you over the phone.
Delivery is paid by the buyer, in case of return or exchange of items.
Refunds will be made within 1-4 working days after receiving the items.
In the case of a production defect, we will pay for the delivery.
Terms of return/exchange:
• lack of product use signs ;
• presence of tags;
• the product must have a commercial appearance.
If signs of product use are detected, we reserve the right to refuse a return.
